Pied Wagtail Mugs

I love these cheeky little birds, with their long tails and head nodding walking style! This is a soft pastel drawing of a pied wagtail in shades of grey and black, perched on a branch on a grey background.

I call it the clown face bird but that hasn’t caught on. Love these birds they can be especially noisy at dusk when they roost.

Meet Pete, the Pied Currawong and Wilma and Willie Wagtail. These three, were having a little neighbour dispute one lunchtime. I think Pete, was trying to steal from Wilma and Willies nest.
