Situated where S. Park Ave and Fairbanks Ave meet, the McKean Gateway was an early 2000's addition to the Rollin's College campus and named after the institution's tenth president and his wife, Hugh F. McKean and Jeannette Genius McKean.

Sullivan House is a small catch all of a building that has served many purposes since it was built in 1947 which might be why the cat in the archway feels so at home.
