Wang's Noodle House opened their doors in 1968 and was a San Francisco favorite for years to come because of its authentic Chinese menu as well as its late hours, serving until 4:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Wang's was little more than a hole in the wall of Chinatown, but still managed to pack the house with regulars and tourists alike until their untimely closing in 2004 after a fire gutted their building.
