Worst Witch Mugs

As an artist who likes to draw and paint spooky things, I've mostly stayed away from depicting other people's characters. Then in the summer of 2015 I had this idea to do a series of portraits of characters that I like from movies and books centered around Halloween, and by mid-October I had completed 5. Fast forward to the Spring of 2017 and we have Series 2, featuring all female characters. This is Mildred Hubble from the 80's TV movie "The Worst Witch".

In a world full of princesses be a witch

A while back, I made designs like this for my sister and also my best friend for their wedding gifts. Although it would look great on an apron like theirs, too, I think anyone who likes cooking, magic, and magical pop culture would love to take this design home!
