Fruity Guy Produce 1979 Phone Case
Fruity Design Phone Case
designed and sold by JCD666
In 1979, a young man by the name of Santiago Ramirez hit the streets with a fruit cart in Spanish Harlem, offering assorted fruits from his uncle's farm. He called himself the 'Fruity Guy' and despite his questionable naming decision, his business took off, and by 1985, he had a dozen carts, a couple of stands, and a brick and mortar market. Over the years Santiago expanded beyond just fruit, but maintained his 'Fruity Guy' persona and when his son Alejandro took over the business in 2009, he became a Fruity Guy, continuing to provide New York City's urban populous with farm-fresh produce of unmatched quality.
