Walking the Dog Vll Phone Case

Layers of thin transparent colour are built up to create this narrative painting inspired by an incident walking the dog in the woods when an old aircraft thundered overhead followed by a brief hailstorm. Two cyclists dressed in tweeds look to the heavens, whilst a dog runs, barks and stares. I use Winsor and Newton professional acrylics and glazes and the painting has a high gloss, deep lustrous surface. The edges of the canvas are painted and glazed to enable the artwork to be displayed with or without a frame. The painting is supplied with fittings for hanging and a certificate of authenticity.
