They process the victims' flesh into barbecue and chili, which Drayton sells at his restaurant/gas station, "Last Chance Gas."

This is a fake ad for Buffalo Bill's Skin Lotion. If you haven't seen the movie then I suggest you get right on it! The serial killer, Buffalo Bill, wants his victims to put lotion on their skin so when he kills them and harvests their skin for his woman suit he wants the skin to be soft. if his victims diodn't comply with lotion application he would dose them with a hose. This character is inspired by a real life serial killer named Ed Gein. Google him if you want a good creep-out!
