I have been a fan of Doctor who since the 70s. Over the past few years i have done a series of Paintings from Space and time to pop art splat. This is part of the The time and space series which is making the Doctor and tardis part of the universe and time. The original paintings that these images come from are much bigger and in a Wide screen style. To use these for T shirts etc I have cropped the design and modified them from my original paintings. This particular one is a reinvention of one i did last year after seeing images 15th Doctor being generated from the 14th Doctor & tardis as well as a new logo based on the 70s logo and new one that Russell T Davies has done. I can’t wait to see Ncuti Gatwa’s take on the 15th Doctor. This is my first design of him and his companion Ruby. I went with a stained glass design because that’s my aesthetic at the mo’.
