Bamburgh Pins and Buttons

Bamburgh Castle, Northumberland, UK Black And White Bamburgh Castle is a castle on the northeast coast of England, by the village of Bamburgh in Northumberland. As you walk along the beach you are greeting to this amazing view of this stunning Grade 2 listed castle on the Northumberland coastline. The road between Seahouses and Bamburgh is bordered to one side by the sea, sand dunes and beaches, on the other side there are fields. On occasions the fields flood and provide ponds for wading birds and for sunset shots for photographers. Here last light is caught as the sun sets and reflects in the pond.

Islestone are the rocks on Bamburgh beach that jut outwards towards the Farne Islands in the North Sea.
