The Green Fairy or La Fee Verte is a seductive and mischievous little sprite. She is the also known as the Absinthe fairy. She is relaxing on a toadstool and holding a glass of Absinthe of course.

Bright green Irish shamrock leaves with golden outlines.

This silvery herb is traditionally worn pinned to your breast during Tynwald day festivities here on the Isle of Man. Known to most as 'mugwort' or bollan bane is said to protects you from those themselves, the mischievous mooinjer veggey.

I came up with the idea while marathoning Lord of the Rings and drew it out to serve as my own engagement announcement artwork~
