Donald Hugh Henley is an American musician, singer, songwriter, record producer, and a founding member of the Eagles. He was the drummer and lead vocalist for the Eagles from 1971 until the band broke up in 1980, and he dropped those duties for the group's reunion since 1994.

His writings on Christianity's role in the secular world have become widely influential, and his book The Cost of Discipleship became a modern classic.
