I Have Loved the Stars too Fondly to be Fearful of the Night.

This is my favorite stanza of one of my favorite poems, the old astronomer. This image of a woman blowing out a candle to reveal the stars has always come to mind when I read this poem and it was so much fun bringing it to life as well as my second favorite stanza which is the one that proceeds this one!
