It's a blast from the past where the Monsters of the World gather for their annual convention, to celebrate the new discovery of their leader, Baron Frankenstein. WATCH THIS CLASSIC!

Animation at its craziest.

Inspired by my extensive collection of both traditional and creative Kokeshi, blended with my love of nerd culture, I offer this design inspired by Yetch, Francesca, Baron Boris von Frankenstein, Felix Flankin and Dracula from the 1967 Rankin & Bass stop motion animated film Mad Monster Party in the style of Japanese Kokeshi dolls by myself, Danica Bergagnini.

Mad Monsters was Charlton's answer to Famous Monster of Filmland. Each issue featured painted covers with black & white interiors running to around 70 pages. This vintage Mad Monster cover design, featuring the many monsters of Boris Karloff is the perfect gift for any vintage horror movie aficionado.
