CANON EOS Rebel T1i Canon EF-S 18-200 inspired by the beautiful country The Saadian tombs in Marrakech date back from the time of the sultan Ahmad al-Mansur (1578-1603). The tombs were only recently discovered (in 1917) and were restored by the Beaux-arts service. The tombs have, because of the beauty of their decoration, been a major attraction for visitors of Marrakech.

It is the largest Medrasa in all of Morocco. The college was founded during the period of the Marinid (14th century) by the Marinid sultan Abu al-Hassan and allied to the neighbouring Ben Youssef Mosque. The building of the madrasa was re-constructed by the Saadian Sultan Abdallah al-Ghalib (1557–1574). Close to the chaos that is central Marrakesh, there is a peaceful area of Majorelle Gardens. One of the many surprises in Morocco. The Majorelle Garden is a two and half acre botanical garden and artist's landscape garden in Marrakech, Morocco. It was created by the French Orientalist artist, Jacques Majorelle over almost forty years, starting in 1923, and features a Cubist villa designed by the French architect, Paul Sinoir in the 1930s. Was owned by Yves Saint Laurent. Vibrant blues and yellows make this a well photographed location. This composite is my attempt to capture the colours, shapes and design of Majorelle Gardens.
