Sheene starts from 14th at Mallory Park, UK, and wins. Even King Kenny Roberts of the USA described Sheene as the greatest motorcycle racer of all time. Here he wheelies out of a bend. Losing was never in his plans.

BABS - A World Land Speed Record Holder Number of views as of 18th October 2018 = 1180. Number of sales as of 18th October 2018 = 5. On the 28th of April 1926, the Leyland Special motor car 'BABS', driven by motoring legend, Welshman John Godfrey Parry-Thomas captured the world land speed record, reaching 170 mph on Pendine Sands, Carmarthenshire, South Wales. The record stood for almost a year until Sir Michael Campbell's ‘Bluebird’ achieved 174 mph in 1927. In a further attempt at breaking the record later that year, Parry-Thomas and BABS were involved in a fatal accident.
