Although not a terribly well-known name these days, Donna Theodore was an experienced entertainer in the 1960s, playing the Copacabana, the Fountainebleau Hotel, the Fairmont Hotel, and the El San Juan in Puerto Rico. Later she had a career in Broadway to some success.

During Operation Iraqi Freedom the Multi-National Corps Iraq (MNCI) formed an Information Operations Task Force to combat enemy disinformation and misinformation and to reach target audiences with positive information about the Coalition. IOn effect, we wanted the insurgents to dance to OUR tune instead of the other way around. What better nickname could we have than Task Force Scopitone, named after the crazy multilingual music videos of the 1960s! The "badge" incorporated twin palm trees as a frame, a sword with a lightning bolt signified information as a weapon and the snake being hit with it represented the insurgency.

Dick and Dee Dee show how it to be absolutely miserable while everyone else is enjoying themselves. Listening to Dick and Dee Dee is a start.
