Autumn Hay Stickers

Watercolour, ink and pastel on 140 lb. Arches hot press paper. This is a scene of a Mennonite farm in Southwestern Ontario, near Millbank during haying time. I have been wanting to paint it for a long time and finally put brush to paper this week. We viewed this scene during an outing to Millbank Furniture to look for a new bedroom suite. We did end up purchasing one and have been very impressed with the wood and the workmanship ever since. I am looking forward to another visit very soon.
