One day when there is a cure and we can put PD behind us we can all be part of the Parkinson's Disease historical society. Together we have the strength to overcome the obstacles that Parkinson’s imposes, in one way or another, on us all.

Did you know that if you had some form of arthroplasty; knee or hip replacement, that by definition, you are “Superhuman”??? If you’ve had DBS (Deep Brain Stimulation) surgery, have an ICD (Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator), a diabetic pump, some form of prosthesis or a cochlear implant that you are again, by definition … “Having extraordinary strength, powers or capabilities; superhuman”.
