One of the techniques for inducing lucid dreaming is about getting one finger perforating the opposite hand. Yet to remember to do so in your dreams you need to repeat this failing action many times during the day when you're awake. That's a reality check. Once you'll succeed in your oniric state, you will be able to wake up in your dream and start to control it. If you start to throb and vibrate violently stay calm, resist, realax and let it pass. Don't focus too much your attention on a single thing.

A day at the Sea

There is a light that we perceive with our eyes, and there is an inner light, much more intimate, that we are aware of when we close our eyes. Is the light of the inner universe of our imagination, the light that shines from the depths of our subconscious, our dreams, and the utterly unreal realms that some psychoactive substances or altered state of consciousness induced by meditation. The experience of the Inward Light is not always pleasant since this Light reveals to us our “sins”, but for those who are searching the spiritual growth can be the best inner guide.
