Malibu is a city west of Los Angeles, California. It’s known for its celebrity homes and beaches, including wide and sandy Zuma Beach. To the east is Malibu Lagoon State Beach, known as Surfrider Beach for its amazing waves. Nearby is the Spanish Revival–style Adamson House, with local history displays in its Malibu Lagoon Museum. Inland, trails weave through canyons, waterfalls and grasslands in the Santa Monica Mountains. Malibu Surfrider is a faithful reproduction of a thrifted iron-on design that made its way to use from all the way back in 1974 and is ready to live on again.

Sunset Beach Oahu is another Best of Oahu highlight and a beautiful surfing mecca not to be missed after making your rounds at Waimea Bay and the Banzai Pipeline!  It’s a great Oahu Beach to watch big-wave surfers in action during the wintertime. pic Surf Designs, great places to surf around the world.Sitting 10km (6mi) west of the town of Margaret River, the famous Margaret River lefts known as Surfers Point can be found, grinding down the reef. It is a peak in swells up to 6ft (2m) but Margaret’s is all about size and the lefts will handle plenty of that. Heartstopping drops, lumpy bowls and cutback walls are all part of the waves’ personality and it can handle a healthy dose of onshore wind, maintaining shape and some face smoothness for long, swooping turns. Watch out for speed bumps when cranking off the bottom and keep an eye on the horizon. Getting caught inside is no fun and positively dangerous if taking on the rights. Popularized by surfing movies in the 1950’s and 1960’s, “Surfrider” Beach is the place to go for the ideal Southern California surfing experience. This beach offers 90 parking spaces, restrooms and picnic facilities. Although this beach has some of the best surfing and swimming conditions in Los Angeles, swimming areas are limited.

The Banzai Pipeline is on O'ahu Hawaii's North Shore. The Banzai Pipeline, or simply "Pipeline" or "Pipe," is a surf reef break located in Hawaii, off Ehukai Beach Park in Pupukea on O'ahu's North Shore. A reef break is an area in the ocean where waves start to break once they reach the shallows of a reef. Pipeline is notorious for huge waves which break in shallow water just above a sharp and cavernous reef, forming large, hollow, thick curls of water that surfers can tube ride. There are three reefs at Pipeline in progressively deeper water further out to sea that activate according to the increasing size of approaching ocean swells.
