The Academy of Raya Lucaria is a Legacy Dungeon in Elden Ring. Quite a different area as it has a variety of blue hues, compared to the green open spaces of Limgrave, covered in crystals not only in its environment but also the creatures that inhabit it. These range from snails to more vicious animals to the underwater crustaceans such as crabs and are heavily guarded by the academy's scholars.

It was first published in Grimms' Fairy Tales in 1819. It tells the story of four aging domestic animals, who after a lifetime of hard work are neglected and mistreated by their former masters. Eventually, they decide to run away and become town musicians in the city of Bremen. Contrary to the story's title the characters never arrive in Bremen, as they succeed in tricking and scaring off a band of robbers, capturing their spoils, and moving into their house.

No, its not a reference to anything in particular. A single panel in a longer story you have not seen but one which you find yourself incredibly drawn toward. Why are you continually drawn toward this world?
