In a desperate attempt to keep Cobra functioning and solvent, Cobra Commander packages Zartan and the Dreadnoks as a heavy metal band called "Cold Slither," proving that there really isn't much mercenaries won't do for money. Baroness explains that her plan is to slip subliminal messages into their album so that Cobra will be able to lull the minds of every listener into supporting them. Of course, like all of Cobra's plans, things don't go as planned, and the Joe's turn the tables on them in the end, making Cold Slither nothing more than a footnote in rock history.

To commemorate that unbelievable achievement, The Global Domination tour visits 12 locations all directly from GI Joe continuity, starting in Springfield, Vermont, the home of Cobra themselves. *Distressed design to show you heard of them first. **The double snakes on the back are an homage to the closest thing to an official Cold Slither logo that Hasbro ever made, on the side of the 2012 Botcon exclusive Soundwave Transformer.

Cobra has had a few evil plans over the years. Probably the worst of them was to carve a portrait of Cobra Commander into the moon with a laser. (Their best plan was obviously producing the hit song Cold Slither!) Celebrate Cobra's accomplishment with this shirt -- even if it makes no sense!
