Sahalie Falls T-Shirts

Sahalie Falls is located along the McKenzie River in the Cascade Mountains region in Oregon, and is only a 1 minute drive from Koosah Falls (which I have shown in my previous images). It is only a very short (but lovely) walk from the parking lot. Sahalie Falls is one large mass of foaming white water plunging about a 100 feet over a natural lava dam. I had to take the picture from a distance away from the railing. Getting close to the fall to get a closer look will only get you very wet and soaking. Believe me - I got soaked for a picture. Koosah Falls is located along the McKenzie River in the Cascade Mountains region of Oregon. The hike to Koosah Falls is fairly easy, and the trail connects to another nearby falls called Sahalie Falls. Koosah Falls drops approximately 70 ft into a deep pool of water. I have to say this was one of my most favorite falls to photograph (the scenery was just breathtaking) but also one of the most challenging falls to photograph. All images are taken with a Canon 5D III (full frame) and a Canon 7D II (crop frame) using a variety of Canon L-Series lenses, and Tamron and Sigma pro-line lenses; processed in RAW with ACR, PSC, Photomatix, and a variety of other imaging software.
