If you have ever been to Des Moines, capital city of Iowa, and did as I did ... ask a local "...what there is to see there..." you could wait a long time for a reply. There really is not much (or anything) to see there. The afternoons photography was rescued when, in desperation I followed a less than promising sign pointing limply to "The Sculpture Park". It turned out to be a sizable area of over 4acreas with a number of unusual and exciting pieces by a number of world renowned sculptures. The one here is the Nomade. My favourite.
