His home is the Scottish Sealife Sanctuary on Loch Creran on the West Coast of Scotland. The sanctuary's main work is the rescue and repatriation of seal pups, abandoned by their mothers around Scotland's extensive coastline. There is also a well-stocked aquarium and the Otter sanctuary there. Sadly, Fingal's sister and companion Sula died last winter, so he's all alone now (sob), apart from thousands of adoring visitors that is.
