Unusual to have a Boeing presence at Farnborough on the public days, they usually take all their toys home mid week. But this is a US Navy offering and most likely reason it was there as opposed to showcasing a Boeing product such as the Dreamliner. Airbus named the A400M "The Grizzly" The RAF adopted the rather less interesting name "Atlas" This is a testbed for the type but it will become the last of those to be delivered to the RAF RIAT 2018 RAF Fairford

EADS AIrbus A400M 'Grizzly', as it's known by Airbus personnel. Officially named the 'Atlas' at RIAT 2012. First aircraft is due to enter service with the Fench Air Force in 2013. A transport fitting, size wise, in between the C-130 Hercules and C-17 Globemaster III Farnborough 2012 Sony DSC-HX1
