I hosted my first New Zealand Photography Tour in 2014 and I deliberately chose Autumn for the colours - and we were not disappointed!

The historic Arrowtown police station has been refurbished and placed under the beautiful trees which turn superbly golden in Autumn.

I have never been to Arrowtown, in the South Island of New Zealand, in autumn before. It is renowned for its autumn colours and this season was no exception. The hills above the town were ablaze with brilliant colours. 22 April, 2015 Canon EOS 550D, ISO 200, f/9, 1/200 sec, 33 mm
