Artists Still Life Tapestries

Originally this was a collage I did for an art course a long time ago. Then I adapted it into a watercolour lesson for my watercolour students. The exercise was to try to mix the colours to match the collage. Recently rediscovered , I've decided that it might look good in a frame. Watercolour on Arches paper 300 gsm. 23 cm x 17 cm

Watercolour done in Gwen's class, which I attend every Wednesday morning. This was done on a 1/4 sheet Arches 300 gsm Cold press watercolour paper. It was completed in about 2 hours, and was painted from life.

I did this artist's still life about a year ago in Gwen's class. Similar subject , different interpretation to the previous painting. Watercolour on 1/4 sheet Arches cold pressed watercolour paper.
