Dr Frances Cress Welsing is a Black Psychologist and Author of the best selling book The Isis Papers. She is the inventor of the Cress Theory Color Confrontation which provided the modern world with a working definition of white supremacy and racism. This design is our way of honoring her legacy and remember her contribution to the fight against racism.
