The Corsignis Property Alliance was a trading concern led by the Chagrian Deniv Corsignis that operated on the moon Pinett, in the Elrood sector. During the time of the Galactic Civil War, Corsignis claimed to be an affiliate of the Galactic Empire, but in reality it paid the Empire little attention. At some point, Corsignis began vying with the rival organization the Jon-Tow Economic Development Group for control of Pinett's spaceports. The dispute escalated and both organizations blockaded Pinett, in an attempt to prevent each other from controlling trade that passed through the ports Beliarr and Oscum.

Kost & Ko Factories was a manufacturer of the Deep Space Manufacturing Facility, also known as the X7 Factory Station. This company is referenced in the tech-room stats for both TIE Fighter and X-wing vs. TIE Fighter, but X-wing Alliance listed the manufacturer as the Telgorn Corporation.

Trast Heavy Transports was a subsidiary of Tagge Company and was concerned with the production of armored transports. The company was known for the production of armored troop transports for the Imperial Army.

Drekker Industries was the organization that owned X7 Factory Drekker. The Deep Space Manufacturing Facility, otherwise known as the X7 Factory or X-7 factory station, was a spaceborne manufacturing plant of standardized design produced by both Kost & Ko Factories and the Telgorn Corporation.

Telgorn Corporation was the manufacturer of a number of space stations and a large line of small transports in addition to jolt cells around the time of the Galactic Civil War. They produced things for both the Galactic Empire and the Alliance to Restore the Republic. It is possible that Kost & Ko Factories entered a joint venture with the Telgorn Corporation over the design and manufacture of the X7 Deep Space Manufacturing Facility, or at least licensed the right to produce it to the larger company.

On the rescue of Emon Azzameen, Otana approached Quesna Base under the guise of Ocanis Gas ship that delivered tibanna the facility had ordered.

Golan Arms was a company that produced the DF.9 turret placement, a model of fixed laser cannon emplacement. During the Galactic Civil War, the Alliance to Restore the Republic used Golan DF.9s on the planet Hoth during its fight against the Galactic Empire there. Golan Arms also produced the SP.9, a mobile artillery piece utilized by the Imperial Artillery Corps of the Galactic Empire.

Yang is known as one of the greatest generals in human history in the Legend of the Galactic Heroes series, leading the Free Planets Alliance space fleet to go toe-to-toe with the Imperial Galactic Empire led by his counterpart Reinhard von Lohengramm.
