HELSINKI... In winter, the atmosphere around Helsinki is just as magical as in summer. The long Nordic days of summer become very short, as the sun rises above the horizon only for a few hours each day. The sew freezes over and this opens up many unique opportunities. You can walk on "water", cut holes in the ICE and FISH. After a very hot finnish sauna, you can swim in the sea where the ice has been cut to form a "swimming pool". The 2 metres of snow are a novelty for many of us and we look in amazement at normal life that carries on in the cold and dark. Svalbard is a Norwegian archipelago between mainland Norway and the North Pole. One of the world’s northernmost inhabited areas, it's known for its rugged, remote terrain of glaciers and frozen tundra sheltering polar bears, Svalbard reindeer and Arctic foxes. The Northern Lights are visible during winter, and summer brings the “midnight sun”—sunlight 24 hours a day. This tourist style design is a tongue in cheek vision of what happens when polar bear poachers get what's coming to them along with the text "Visit High Arctic Svalbard" in Norwegian, so whether you're into wildlife violently rising up or just souvenirs from far away lands, this one is for you!

I'm an ancient Asian art buff. An old man still looking towards the rising Sun. In my pieces I am reaching back to go forwards; my only wish: to indulge fully in the process of remixing art... I am deeply inspired by the masters of Japanese Ukiyo-e painting, and aim with my pieces to convey a deeply evocative and somewhat reminiscent picture of a past both foreign and beautiful, where notions of time and enjoyment had very different connotations. I sincerely hope that the viewers will feel peace and appreciation when they contemplate on this piece. Still visible in the MIdnight Sun, Trollfjord or Trollfjorden is a 2km long Norwegian fjord and a popular tourist attraction. The mouth of the Fjord where it enters the Raftsundet strait is only 100m wide so can only be accessed by smaller ships. The fjord is in Nordland county in Norway,
