Being a night owl who can't seem to get their circadian rhythm right. Insomnia really be kicking our butts leaving us to rely on midday naps, digital tracking of our sleep wake cycles and keeping well away from snorers.

This is my acrylic painting of a potoo or ghost bird hunting for insects at night. They have enormous googly yellow eyes, a huge mouth. These nocturnal birds have incredible camouflage skills resembling a tree they perch on to hunt. Potoos are found in Central and South America.
