Taking advantage of the release of HBO's Watchmen, based on Alan Moore's acclaimed graphic novel, a tribute to Adrian Veidt a.k.a. Ozymandias. The hierogliphs on both sides are other names of Ramses II and the quote is from the poem Ozymandias, referenced in the graphic novel and also on Breaking Bad.

I've been watching HBO's new series, a sort of sequel to Watchmen. I love Alan Moore's original work, and I have to say I quite like the series. Well, in the latter I caught sight of a redesigned flag of the USA, with 51 stars (after admission of Vietnam as a state), and being a fan of flags as I am, I thought it would be cool to recreate it. So here it is. It's given me a lot of ideas to play with, too -- maybe some of them end up as design here!
