I watched briefly as this little guy tapped his feet like a 'tapdancer' on the edge of the cliff ledge...

These little sea birds catch their prey between sharp razor like bills, hence their name, razorbills. They don't have molars as such to clamp down on their food like we do, but rather mandibles as upper jaw and lower jaw. When they dive they fish for sand eels, sprats and small herring - which they slice up with their beaks and feed to their young. Their beaks might be as sharp as a razor... but are our minds as sharp as a die - to redress overfishing...?
