This is my tribute to Amy and the Doctor. I love their best-friend relationship, as it reminds me of the dynamic I’ve had with my best friend. I have been a fan of Doctor who since the 70s. Over the past few years i have done a series of Paintings from Space and time to pop art splat. This is part of the The time and space series which is making the Doctor and tardis part of the universe and time. The original paintings that these images come from are much bigger and in a Wide screen style. To use these for T shirts etc I have cropped the design and modified them from my original paintings.

This painting was inspired by an early scene in the 7th season's episode, the Angels Take Manhattan. This was Amy and Rory's last episode.
