Zorya is a winged Slavic moon goddess who carves pieces from the full moon to create the crescent she hangs in the sky. She is often accompanied by an snowy owl and an ermine*. Part of the the Moon Goddess series. This 4" x 6" original handcut collage was constructed of vintage images and mulberry paper on handpainted watercolor paper and is embellished with glitter and a snowflake. Ramona Szczerba © 2017.
