This lovely is Gingerbread! Based off a soft gingerbread biscuit, adorned with colourful decorations. I came up with these Sweet Fairies a couple of years ago, and they are an ongoing project. I have 29 completed so far of all sorts of sweet treats from lots of different cultures (well I think so anyways). They are all in the style of a waitress/ maid for an extra cute factor.

When I was a little boy and I kid you not... I used to believe in fairies... From a very early age... many of us are told of stories, fairy tales, such as cinderella and peter pan, 'superbly delightful fantasy stories' which enrich and enthral us - and later in life we come to learn about less fantasy like and more possible and credulous thoughts such as that of the existence of the loch ness monster, or strange creatures of bodmin moor, such as big cats or in the Americas such a thing as Sasquatch or Big-foot!? Maybe just maybe these stories are stemmed from real life natural events - quite possibly natural and of nature itself..? Aspects of belief often boil down to what is perceived and 'depending on how the human mind perce...
