This is a repaint of a view I first painted back in 1996 showing the view from the summit of An Caisteal in the Scottish Highlands. The prominent peaks in the mist are Ben Oss and Ben Lui with nearby peaks. The day I climbed An Caisteal via Twistin Hill was a bit of an atmospheric winters day - shrouded in hill fog at first but clearing to be sunny by the time I got down again. But on the summit, the mist gave the snow capped mountains a pink tinge. I've painted this in oil on board 20x16 inches in size

Exact recreation of the T shirt as worn by New Zealander Burt Munro at Bonneville Speed week in 1967 where he set an under 1,000 cc world record for motorcycles on his highly modified 1920 Indian Scout. The record still stands to this day, a testament to Munro's incredible ingenuity and engineering talent that he developed over years in his garden shed in Invercargill New Zealand.

Caroline Munro is an English actress, model and singer known for her many appearances in horror, science fiction and action films of the 1970s and 1980s. She gained prominence within Hammer and horror circles, starring in Dracula AD 1972 and Captain Kronos – Vampire Hunter (1974), garnering a cult following for the numerous films that she starred in. She also acted in The Golden Voyage of Sinbad (1973), and in The Spy Who Loved Me (1977). In 2019, she was inducted into the Rondo Hatton Classic Horror Awards' Monster Kid Hall of Fame. She should be honored with a Hollywood Star!

The Golden Voyage of Sinbad is a 1973 fantasy adventure film directed by Gordon Hessler and featuring stop motion effects by Ray Harryhausen.
