In the 1960s, there was a Catholic nun who was an activist and an artist. In fact Sister Cortia Kent was a screen-printing queen who printed bold and colorful designs that quoted scripture from the bible. Sister Kent was greatly inspired by Andy Warhol's pop art style. AI art

A direct printing exercise, utilizing stencils, stamps, pigment and sprays. I've been told that I really get engaged in my works, climbing and reaching and getting dirty. I think that's why I enjoy the act of abstraction most of all.
