This was an inside joke at the Pixar Play Parade. It was raining by Tower, but according to Audio Central, it was sunny and "85 at the Pier". There was an ongoing debate over the headsets and radios between Audio Central and the parade maintenance team for the 40 minutes before step off. All Leads and PSMs were just sitting back and enjoying the show.
