Every year, in April, the swans in my town are brought out of their winter quarters to grace the Avon River once again. These beautiful creatures are a part of my town's history and tradition, and this piece is of them a few days before their release, impatient for the river.

Carnival rides are always magical - when you change them to cotton-candy colours, they're even more fun! Original photo taken at my town's fall fair a couple of years ago - colour and imagination - all mine!

When I was working on this piece, all I could see taking shape was a pinwheel made of cotton candy! What do you see? This is a completely abstract digital piece, created by experimenting with layer upon layer of different software and colours.
