A classic quote from my favorite Jane Austen novel. The tale of Anne Elliot's fickle mind as a youth who was talked out of marrying a "commoner", then meeting him again years later and having to humble herself enough to realize how impressionable she once was. And Captain Frederick Wentworth having to set his pride aside and realize what he wants most is worth the strike to his external appearance. This quote is one of my favorites from all of the Austen novels, so please enjoy!
