With so many bad examples of black women, I created this design to show some good ones.

The root word of racism is race. A race is a competitive event, in which each race is looking out for the themselves and the advancement of their people or their race.

Meet Adaliyah she is an unapologetic black woman, who refuses to subject herself to European standards of beauty. She is determined to challenge the standards of beauty on her own terms.

Meet Adaku. She was born in America, but her parents are proud Nigerians. Growing up her parents wanted to make sure that she was immersed in Nigerian culture and ways. But Adaku also loves America, and doesn't feel that she has to embrace one culture over another.

This design goes out to all of the real dad's who do not get the recognition they deserve.

Meet Renee. She is a black woman bursting with confidence. She just graduated from one of the most prestigious HBCU's, she is in love with a wonderful man, and she just got a new promotion on her job. She is truly living a blessed life and she is truly blacknificent.

Meet the Brown family. Michael Brown is a doctor, and Malkia Brown is a lawyer. Together they have two children nine year old Isiah and seven year old Leah. They very much love God and each other.

For decades the democratic republican parties have been playing good cop bad cop with the lives of black people. It is time to vote our interest regardless of party and take more consideration of policy as oppose to personality. Blind commitment under any circumstance is a bad idea

Meet Anton. He has committed himself to a destructive life of crime and gang violence. Like most men he feels the need for respect, power, and sense of belonging but he goes about it the wrong way.

Meet Donell. He is having a really bad case of Cabin Fever. Self quarantining is becoming very stressful. Sometimes he feels like staying home all the time will kill him if the Corona Virus doesn't.

This design is dedicated to black woman. Any progress that is made as a people starts and ends with you.

Meet Hakeem and His mother Merlen. Hakeem is discovering that life for a little boy in elementary school can be a brutal and tough place, especially for a kid with special needs. There are times when Hakeem is bullied a lot and made fun of. That is where his mother Merlen looks into his eyes and lets him know that he is smart, he is special, he is wonderful, and he is just fine just the way he is. She reminds him that he is loved, very very much.

Meet Ezekial and Leah. After dating for three years they decided to get married. There courtship however was not easy. Ezekial has gone through a lot during that time, and Leah stayed by his side. She is an example of how a strong woman is supposed to add to her mans strength not detract from it.

Just a shirt that states that black people can be conscious but still part of the republican party. This shirt is just a reminder that a blind allegiance to any political party does not serve us.

Meet Kenya. She recently decided to cut off all of her hair and go natural. Kenya was tired of the perms, the weaves, the wigs, the tracks, and the contacts. But most of all she was tired of living up to a unachievable European standard of beauty. Kenya understands that as a woman, and especially as a black woman her self esteem is under constant attack. Every time she opens up a magazine, watches a music video, or views a TV commercial she is told she is not pretty enough, her hair is not long enough, she is not light enough, her hair is not straight enough, her eyes are not light enough, and the list goes on and on. Kenya decided that instead of conforming to societies standards of beauty that she was going to challenge and redefine it.

Meet Shakira and Brandon. Shakira takes pride in keeping her man's corn rows fresh and neat. As a hairstylist, she takes care of her customers by day and her man by night. Besides looking neat and trim, Brandon enjoys the extra petting and grooming he gets from Shakira when she is doing his hair. It's more than a hairstyle for Brandon it's a time for bonding with the love of his life.

Working 12 -16 hours every day she puts herself at risk working with patients in her hospital's ICU unit. Her husband and two children pray for for her every morning as she sets out to make a difference helping those in desperate need. We thank all of the Anika's all across this great nation, for their service and sacrifice. We thank them for serving and caring for our family and friends while their own families anxiously await their safe arrivals home.

While America is distracted with black peoples ability to dunk a basketball or score a touchdown, or sell out arenas there are millions of black people locked up in jail, and locked out of society.

Meet Tamia. She is a A straight A student and an ambitious young woman who is still deciding on whether or not she wants to be an astronaut or find the cure for cancer. She doesn't fit in with the cool girls, she doesn't have a huge social media following, and she is not the first choice for the most popular boys at school. In spite of it all she displays the courage to do what many don't have the courage do, and that is the courage to just be herself. Tamia is unapologetic about her straight A's and has gotten to a point in her life where she actually feels its cool to not fit in.

Black people pump billions of dollars into the American economy. We spend more money that some modern nations entire gross domestic product. But very little of that money stays in our community.

Meet Sharonda. She is a single mother who has a fierce love for her daughter Precious. That love is often interrupted by the struggle to pay the bills and protect her daughter from a harsh world. Sharonda is doing the best that she can, even when she doesn't have the extra dollars to pay a hairstylist to get her daughters hair done.

Meet Nana. This young lady has had her share of tragedy in her life. She was sexually assaulted at the age of 12 by a boy who claimed he loved her. She has experienced severe bullying both physically and verbally. She lives in a world where she feels unloved, and unwanted. Even by her teachers she feels tolerated at best. She doesn't know who she is or where she fits in, adding further to her feeling of isolation. Nana sees no end to her suffering, and suicide as an escape to an unbearable life is starting to look like a real option. She feels alone. She feels like she is the only one going through this pain and anguish. But the truth is she is not alone. With god and counseling she will get through.

Meet Fayth. She has been through a lot in her life. She has experienced poverty, she has experienced joblessness. Fayth came home from work one day only to find all of her belongings on the street, because she couldn’t pay her rent. She had to move into a homeless shelter, with her two children. The father of her two children promised her that he would always love her, but only gave her a broken heart. But Fayth never gave up hoping and praying. Just recently she found a new job that pays more than the job she lost, and a better apartment than the one she was evicted from, and faith is now enrolled in college and only months away from getting her masters.

This shirt is dedicated to all of my African Americans who still feel a connection to the mother land.

What happens when you enjoy the sounds of calypso and soca music, and love to eat traditional Trini dishes like roti and bake and shark, but you still celebrate the fourth of July and attend the Thanksgiving Day Parade? There maybe some variations in cultural allegiances. Well this shirt is dedicated to all my people from Trinidad and Tobago who were either born in America or have found a new life in America.

This design adds or gives a new perspective on "Make America Great Again.

When you hear the term "Make America Great Again" we automatically think of Donald Trump, and his agenda for America, but black America had sparks of greatness. Before shows like "Basketball Wives" "Real Housewives" and other shows that show us at our worse, there were shows like the "Cosby Show", "Family Matters", "Good Times", and the "Jeffersons" where we saw functional black families, full of stability and love. This was a time of greatness for black television, a time we should go back to or revisit AGAIN.
