El Dia de Los Muertos is a mexican holiday to celebrate loved one that have passed away. The sugarskull has become the predominate symbol of this day which translates to the day of the dead. Original design done in a traditional tattoo style.

The Koi is a symbol of strength and perseverance. When the koi fish reaches the top of the mountain it becomes a dragon. The kanji symbol in the bottom left of the image means Koi Fish. This is a custom designed koi fish by me.
