If your gym does not have this wonderful machine, then I suggest you request it. It’s a great overall muscle builder and provides lots of nutrients to your body. It’s really a great way to let everyone know you take care of your body.

I have finally solved the biggest mystery of all time...the most asked question by dog owners everywhere...who’s a good boy?? If you workout, have a dog, and your dog can bring you a dumbbell, well then congratulations you have found yourself a good boy. If your dog can not, then you have some homework to do.

I’m not sure about you, but Thanksgiving Day is one of my favorite holidays of the year! This is perfect for those who love to get totally pumped to feast on lots of turkey, desserts, more carbs, oh and more carbs and food. If you want to use all those carbs to go beast mode at the gym later, that is just a bonus!

There comes a time in someone’s life when all their hard work at the gym finally pays off. And that time is when you are able to muscle your way through all those savages trying to take away your last cheesy, delicious, scrumptious, saucey, slice of pizza.
