This design is inspired by good camping / outdoor activities. Spending time in nature for our health. Outdoor activities can improve our wellbeing. Camping, hiking, walking, bird watching, climbing, fishing, kayaking are just a few of the endless ways to enjoy nature. Being in nature, viewing scenes of nature is the best medicine to relieve our stress from our daily lives and will increase pleasant feelings

Holding on to pain doesn't fix anything. Learn to forgive & accept. Allow all the negative emotions to flow out and move on. Let it Go! Mental health matters.
