Check out my new illustration exploring the relationship between humans and nature in Miami. The graphic shows a manatee with its face underwater, surrounded by marine life, while its back resembles an island with a city and people. This illustration serves as a reminder to coexist in harmony with the environment and take steps to protect it for future generations. Let's appreciate the beauty of our planet and work together to keep it thriving.

Wild Miami
South Pointe, is one of my all times favorite places in South Beach, is a good resume of the best vibes of Miami: The sea, the boats, the cruise ships passing by, people hanging out in the park, picnics, people with dogs, love, families, bikes, etc.

South Pointe Sunset
The illustration portrays a poignant scene of a child and a koala standing bravely in the face of a massive wildfire, taking on the flames with nothing more than a small bucket of water. The fire rages on in the shape of Australia's map, threatening to consume everything in its path. Yet, in the midst of this destruction, there is a glimmer of hope. The child and the koala represent the new generation, determined to take action and make a difference in the world. Despite the overwhelming odds, they are resolute in their efforts to fight the fire and protect their home. Their courage and determination serve as a beacon of hope for the future, reminding us that it is never too late to make a positive change. The image inspires us to ...

I wanted to ride my bicycle 2
I recreated my child's face in an illustration representing him emerging from a dark space like a giant as I studied the 3D scan of his face while still inside the womb. A tiny astronaut who floats in front of his face represents me, the father, as I take in the wonder and mystery of the cosmos while looking at my child's face. The massive size of my child's face and the astronaut's tiny size emphasizes the scene's sense of awe and wonder, respectively. In a single, striking image, the artwork evokes the magic of fatherhood as well as the majesty of space in a way that is both beautiful and haunting.

The story goes that the Andean Ecuadorian indigenous dressed as Devils when Spanish Colonialists allowed them to perform their celebrations. They knew that within the European Colony's beliefs, the Devil inspired fear and terror. The Diablada or Devil's Dance Festival is still happening every year in some little Ecuadorian towns. The elaborate masks and costumes include horns, hair, and tusks from animals like goats, cows, or pigs.
