You can’t fight it; you can’t run from it; accept the inevitable. We all must die... eventually. Death isn’t scary, it’s what comes after, that has always scared myself.

Mr White is the owner of Scrawlkr. They live in Limbo. Scawlkr and Mr White were doodles, originally, but my husband thought they were kind of cool, so I fleshed them out, more.
Mr White is pretty much a grumpy old man of a nightmare. Scawlkr is his only friend, if you want to call him that.
The red spider Lilly is what binds them together. It is the only thing -living- that grows in Mr White’s black garden.
I’m a Pisces; before I notices all the yin and yang designs with the koi fish, as a kid, my grandmother use to have a pond of them. The way they moved was relaxing, and almost lulling, to me. Pisces were the end and beginning of the zodiac, when I was a kid. We supposedly have properties from all of the other zodiacs because of this.
Decay and Life are usually a main theme in my artwork. I remembering crying when the fish died; but also saw that their bodies became substance for other things to be able to live.
So, in short, we live to die, and die to live. Always going around. Rebirth.

Was trying to do a kind of millennial design here. I’m thinking about doing more intricate designs, later on, once I understand this kind of design better, but it’s another first attempt that I was kind of happy about. I love small details in artwork, which I also try to implement into my own work.
This little dude was originally a series of squiggles that morphed into this creepy-cute crow, that my husband said was the spirit animal of my insomnia.

There’s a lot of small details in this one. I had fun creating it, which was originally for my dad as a Father’s Day present, back in 2020. First piece of art he framed, that I drew for him.
