Bright, spiky holly leaves, evergreen trees, frosty landscapes and shining stars were my chosen pallet for this work. An army of elves created this design whilst gorging on gingerbread, mulled wine and old tv re-runs. Another of my Corel marbled paintings

Lyra is a freshly baked gingerbread star, decorated with icing and tiny, aniseed flavoured, silver balls. I’m not much of a fan of twee Xmas things, but I do enjoy gingerbread. I wanted Lyra to look as soft baked and delicious as possible, so chose soft ginger colours to reflect this. This gingerbread star was baked in Photoshop :)

Terrance is a freshly baked gingerbread tree, decorated with icing and tiny, aniseed flavoured, multicoloured, metallic balls. I’m not much of a fan of twee Xmas things, but I do enjoy gingerbread. I wanted Terrance to look as soft baked and delicious as possible, so chose soft ginger colours to reflect this. The decorations on Terrance are created to look like fairy lights that were made out of multicoloured, metallic balls which were stuck in place with tiny blobs of icing. This is my most complex gingerbread yet. This gingerbread tree was baked in Photoshop :)

Melissa is a freshly baked gingerbread lady, who’s wearing a cute marzipan dress with matching bow. She’s very festive and adorable. I’m not much of a fan of twee Xmas things, but I do enjoy gingerbread. I wanted Melissa to look as soft baked and delicious as possible, so chose soft ginger colours to reflect this. This version has a clear background, so get in touch if you would like this colour changed on any of the items here. This gingerbread lady was baked in Photoshop :)

Josh is a freshly baked gingerbread man, complete with stylish marzipan scarf. He’s ready for winter. I’m not much for twee Xmas things, but I do enjoy gingerbread. Large unpolished chunks of rose quartz and gold leaf were my main colour inspirations for this work. Touches of blue & lilac were added to brighten the canvas. A community of gem loving gnomes made this work whilst watching re-runs of Dynasty. Rich! Another of my marbled paintings created using Photoshop & Corel.

I took the Raspberry & White Chocolate doughnut that I drew for my work Mmmmmm Doughnuts and created a 3D version. Are they fluffy hearts, flowers or clovers? The answer is in the eye of the beholder. I drew a lot of furry hearts in a multitude of colours and decided to make some patterns with them. This version contains dark orange with deep green fuzzy hearts on a pale orange background. I wanted a simple, clean high end feel to this pattern with a touch of fuzzy fun. This pattern was created in Krita with a clear background. As always, this means if you would like to change the background colour, just get in touch.
