I met this hen at the Royal Easter Show in Sydney Australia. She was so beautiful I asked "may I paint your visage"? She replied "cluck cluck cluck"...which I assumed was a "yes"!

This work was created from one of my hand made woodcut prints and then explored as a digital artwork. I like the combination of traditional and more contemporary means of art making. Its subject is the Buddhist rainbow body phenomenon - Google it!

This design is a tribute to that true pest of learning: the mature age student. The ones who ask too many questions, do all their assignments on time and don't get drunk the night before finals!

I chanced upon this sleeping Buddhist monk at Siam Central Railway Station. Sneaking up to him I could already see the painting in my minds eye, The butterflies are artistic license and the monkey? He is I ...hence the brush!

I chanced upon this old gent at a bus stop in East Sydney. He was gleaming in the brightness of a Summers morning. Wanting to take a candid shot, I spied his reflection in a window behind me. As luck would have it he yawned at that exact moment and it is this photo I used as inspiration for a large oil painting.

Life on Kythera was tough. It was a subsistence farming life, literally hand to mouth, but it must have been healthy. This image is of my great grandparents. George Comninos lived till he was 103 and his wife Maria was 107 when she called it quits. They built them tough back then!

This design is a tribute to the flaneurs of old who strutted like peacocks! Today their legacy lives on through the eshays.

This shirt is a funky, psychedelic, 60's inspired, picture and word puzzle. When solved it reads as "I study engineering". If you or somebody you love is into engineering, then this is a shirt they must own.

I sketched this bird in Chinatown Sydney Australia. The store owner was most fascinated at my interest in his dead birds....so interested he chased me away with a meat cleaver!
